Born and raised in the Mid-Valley, Leslie is an Oregonian through and through. Leslie strives to provide diligent, zealous and competent legal advocacy in all criminal matters. She understands that being charged with a crime can be devastating and have life-changing consequences. Leslie focuses on getting the best outcome possible based upon her experience in criminal courtrooms, whether it is negotiating a plea offer or taking your case to trial.
After obtaining her Bachelors of Science at Oregon State University (GO BEAVS!), Leslie took a couple years off to work at a veterinary clinic and at a law firm prior to attending Willamette University College of Law. During law school, Leslie was Vice President of the Multicultural Law Students Association for two years, Managing Business Editor of the Willamette Journal of International Law and Dispute Resolution and Co-Director of Willamette's chapter of Student Animal Legal Defense Fund. After passing the bar, Leslie worked for firms in Albany and Corvallis in the areas of estate planning and real property. In 2009, Leslie opened her own practice in Salem and focused on criminal defense. After 5 years in Salem, she moved to Bend in 2014 and is an integral part of the team of attorneys at Kollie Law Group.
In her spare time Leslie likes to travel the world, and enjoy the outdoors with friends and family.
